Will began in the HVAC trade when he was in the Army in 2010. He saw so much success in the trade that it gave him a hunger for more. Will got hooked on HVAC through helping during Flint’s Water Crisis and helping to build some prominent attractions in Michigan for a mechanical contractor. With over 15 years of HVAC experience, he has learned to adapt and overcome any obstacle that comes his way. When he was in the Army, he was taught to never quit or leave a fallen comrade and that still rings true with him today. Whether it’s helping with contractors or our very own staff, he is always willing to help and assist anywhere he can.
